During the secondary school years young people develop important relationships with each other, and develop rapidly in to adults. With this in mind My Expedition Rocks has significant experience working with the secondary school age in developing resilience amongst this age group and working hard to ensure that they are building the right skills to exceed and contribute in school and life. As a young person we begin to understand that we are on a journey through life, and as such our activities can be tailored to ensure that they are a journey based experience, whether this is over the course of a day or several. We can arrange planned walks and canoe trips, with several aims encompassed within the journey. The overall aim to meet outcomes associated with their self regulation, self resilience, team work, communication and self confidence.
