Recipe Instructions
In the pan, cut the sausages into four using scissors and fry in the oil for 5 minutes.
Add the onion and pepper and continue to cook until browned.
Add the garlic, harissa paste ale; simmer for 2 – 3 minutes before adding the tomatoes and cannellini beans, simmer over a high heat for 5 more minutes.
Stir in the rice and add the water. Bring to the boil briefly, before covering and leaving to simmer for 8-10 minutes until the rice has absorbed most of the water.
