There’s more to cooking in the great outdoors than heating up a pot noodle! Whether you’re wild-camping on the moors or campsite cooking, there are some great techniques and recipes that will make your wilderness cooking tasty and nutritious.

Our Outdoor Cooking activities will teach you all the skills you need to be able to prepare some great one or two-pot meals that will have everyone asking for seconds! Using just a few tools and either an open fire, or simple outdoor stove, outdoor cooking doesn’t require a huge investment to master.

A few examples of the menus we can prepare are:

  • One-pot Casserole
  • Bannock
  • Campfire Breakfast
  • Hedgerow fruit stew

All of our recipes that contain meat can be made as vegetarian dishes; vegan recipes are also available.
